摘要
本文探讨了性能指标ITAE的敛散性问题,给出了从复域判定其敛散性的充分、必要条件,从而改进了参考文献[1]就同一问题给出的结果。
The problem of convergence and divergence of the performence index ITAE is discussed. A sufficient and necessary criterion is proposed and proved. It is an improvement of the result found in reference [1]
