摘要
本课题探讨了一种简单的样品预处理方法,即采用盐酸萃取法提取食品中的微量金属元素。通过正交试验分析获得较优的萃取条件,并对锌元素作添加回收试验,得回收率为96.24%,变异系数为0.64%;这种方法与国标法对比,具有快速、简便、用酸量少、减少环境污染等优点。
This paper explores a simple method of food sample's pretreatment,anmely,to recover trace metallic element in food with hydrochloric acid extract.Betterextract condition is obtained with orthogonal test,and the zinc element is put to the ad-dition and recovery test.The method give recoveries of 96.24%,variation coefficient of0.64%.This method is simpler,more sensitive and has less enviromental pollution fromreagents then others.
