摘要
本文介绍一种新的高压液相色谱法分离和测定谷物中尼克酸的方法。本方法采用改性的 u Bondapak—NH_2柱为分离柱,磷酸缓冲液作为流动相,对谷物样品中的尼克酸有良好的分离效果。方法最低检出限为10ng,回收率为92.5~110%,标准偏差和变异系数分别为±1.62和2.7%。本方法在国内外均未见报导。
A new method was developed for separation and determination of niacinin Cereals.It involved alkaline digestion and extraction of Samples,followed by chromatography on a column uBondapak-NH_2 and moble flow0.01M phosphate(pH6.2).The detection limit was 10ng.Determinationof niacin in wheat and rice showed a range of recoveries92,5—110% andcoefficient of Variation2.7%.
