本文讨论了运行锅炉氧腐蚀的机理和防蚀的新方法.运行锅炉氧腐蚀是一个复杂的电化学反应,能够用闭塞腐蚀电池理论来解释腐蚀的机理.防止运行锅炉氧腐蚀的方法是除去给水中的溶解氧,除氧的新方法有:采用水膜式除氧器除氧以便提高除氧的效率,采用新型的化学除氧剂和树脂除氧.根据锅炉压力的大小选择不同的防蚀方法.
This article discusses the mechanism and new prevention of oxygen corrosion to the working boiler. The oxygen corrosion is a complex electrochemical reaction. The corrosion mechanism can be explained by the theory of the occluded corrosion cell. The prevention of oxygen corrosion to the working boiler is to remove dissolved oxygen from feedwater. The new prevention measures include, using water film type deaerators and using new type chemical scavengers and resins. The prevention measures of the oxygen corrosion to the working boiler are selected in accordance with the boiler pressure.
