二苯胺和碘苯反应合成三苯胺 被引量:4

Synthesis of triphenylamine from iodobenzene and diphenylamine

摘要 在氮气保护下 ,以二苯胺为原料 ,加入碘苯、铜类催化剂、碱及有机溶剂进行反应 ,合成三苯胺类化合物。考察了不同的碱、不同有机溶剂及反应时间对反应的影响。结果表明 ,在铜类催化剂作用下 ,选用氢化钠作碱 ,二甲苯为溶剂 ,反应 1 6~ 1 8h ,二苯胺和碘苯反应合成三苯胺可以得到良好的产率。 Triphenylamine can be readily prepared in excellent yield by copper catalyzed cross-coupling reaction of iodobenzene and diphenylamine.Influences of various bases,organic solvents and reaction time were discussed.According to the experimental results,the optimized reaction conditions were determined as follows:by using NaH as a base and copper as a catalyst,diphenylamine is coupled with iodobenzene to generate triphenylamine in high yield.
