摘要
根据东庞煤矿厚煤层(4.4~4.8m)一次采全高综采特大断面开切眼的地质生产条件(切眼高3.5m,宽6.8m,机窝处宽7.8m,转盘悬顶面积60m^2),研究设计了交错复式桁架锚杆组合支护。经工业性试验,这种支护比相同断面木材支护开切眼的顶板下沉量减少了60.7~86.9%,自掘进到安装完综采支架和设备历时140天,围岩稳定,切眼不需维修,取得了显著技术经济、社会效益。
A staggered type of combined truss bolting has been designed for an extra-large setup room (3.5m high, 6.8m in width, the exposed area of the roof at the turn table 60m2) according to the geological and technical conditions of Dong Pong Coal Mine (seam thickness 4.4-4.8m, fully mechanized mining, extraction whole seam ). The industrial tests indicated that the roof convergence of the setup room with truss bolting decreased by 60.7-86.9% compared with that of setup room using wooden support. The country rock was stable and there were no needs for its maintenance in 140 days (from the begining of driving to setting up of the fully mechanized equipment). Obvious techno-economic and social benifits have been achieved.
