摘要
本文对Mach-Zehnder型光纤温度传感器的原理和单模光纤的温度灵敏度作了理论分析,提出一种干涉条纹移动方向的判别方法。在检测系统中实现了对干涉条纹移动量的计数。通过实验证明系统是可行的。实验结果是令人满意的。
In this paper, the principle of optical fiber Mach-Zehnder temperature sensor and the temperature sensitivity of single mode optical fiber are described theoretically. And a method of determining the shift direction of interference fringe is proposed. A detection system for counting shift number of interference fringe is established. The system is proved feasible through experiments and the results of experiments are satisfactory.
