摘要
为探索水稻功能叶光合速率及叶片性状与产量的关系,2002年对以玉米、高粱等外源DNA导入水稻的后代及其它水稻品种(组合)共17份材料的光合速率、功能叶的叶长、叶宽、叶面积与产量构成因素进行了相关分析。结果表明:功能叶的长度、宽度、叶面积及光合速率与水稻千粒质量呈负相关,但相关不显著。功能叶面积与光合速率及单穗质量呈显著正相关;光合速率与单穗质量呈正相关,但相关不显著。供试材料间的光合速率变幅较大,变异系数达23 1%。
In order to study the relations between functional leaves features and yield, the functional features such as photoynththetic ablility, length of leaves and leaves area and their relation to yield were studied by using 17 rice varieties by introducing exogenous DNA. The results showed that 1 000 grains weight was negatively correlated to the length, area and photosynthetic ability of leaves, wheres the weight of single panicle was significantly positive correlated to the photosynthetic ability and area of functional leaves. The photosynthetic ability, which was not significantly correlated to the weight of single panicle, was varied among rice varieties with CV. of 23.1%.
