摘要
目的:研究3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯乙酸的合成及其抗氧化活性。方法:由异香草醛和罗丹宁缩合再经一系列的反应合成,利用DPPH自由基清除法测定其抗氧化活性。结果:该方法合成3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯乙酸的总收率59.6%,且该化合物有一定的抗氧化活性。结论:该方法避免使用剧毒氰化物,保护了环境,便于推广。
Aim : To study on synthesis and anti-oxidation activities of ( 3-Hydroxy-4-methoxy phenyl) acetic acid. Method: ( 3-Hydroxy-4-methoxy phenyl) acetic acid were synthesized from isovanillin and rodanine via condensation, hydro-Lysis,hydroxylation,acelation and so on, and its anti-oxidation activities was studied by DPPH radical scavenging method. ResultS:(3-Hydroxy-4-methoxy phenyl) acetic acid was synthesized with an overall yield of 59. 6% , and it showed anti-oxidation activities by DPPH radical scavenging method. Conclusion: The synthesis method could be easy to popularize because it would protect environment for avoiding to use toxic cyanide.
