摘要
本文系统地介绍了我国选煤上应用计算机以来的情况。和国外相比,选煤使用计算机,起步比较晚,但进展并不慢。十年来,计算机已在选煤厂管理,自动控制和选煤厂设计中应用,并出现了一些适合我国情况的模式。选煤厂计算机管理系统的模式是由数据库,信息管理系统和局部网络组成。选煤厂设备的计算机集中控制从整机系统自国外引进,发展到分别引进PLC和上位机,自行开发配套软件,以减少投资费用。采用计算机控制以后,浮选、跳汰、重介选的过程控制更为可靠,但大多数停留在稳定控制上。文中并介绍选煤厂计算机辅助设计和选煤数学模型的应用情况。
Since its inception in the 1980s, computer application in various aspects of coal preparation in China has made remark able progress. This paper presents a comprehensive and svstematic discussion of these typical applications.Compared with its froeign counterparts, the application of computer techno- logy in coal preparation in China has been progressing rapidly, though it had started late. In the past decade, computerized coal preparation plant management, automatic control and CAD has not only been practised but has shaped some specific approaches that fit the specific environments of Chinese coal preparation plants. Specifically, computer aided management is approached by incorporating database, information management system and LAN, while centralized equipement control strategy has evolved from importing complete system from abroad to developing software on imported FLC and upper-level computer, resulting in a drastical cut in investment. With the introduction of computers, the control of flotation, jigging and heavy media preparation processes has become conspicuously more flexible and reliable, though at present most of the related realizations have aimed merely at stability control. In addition, a discussion of the development of coal preparation plant CAD and simulation of coal preparation is also presented in this paper.
