摘要
学校体育与学生心理健康有着密切的关系。体育教学对学生心理健康的影响主要在于体育课中的心理负荷,对学生认知发展的影响,对学生情感发展的影响等。快乐体育可以激发学生的积极情感。
To assess the psychological health situation of university students through research on relative cases and materials; to find the causes and influence of problems; to establish an effective PE mechanism.
