摘要
研究了碳氢化合物浸锰-氰化浸银工艺原理、条件和应用,当控制锰浸出率96%时,银的浸出损失率<2%;浸锰渣采用氰化法提银,NaCN用量1kg t渣、浸出时间3h时,银浸出率94 15%;浸锰-氰化两步浸出银的回收率大于92 27%。
The principle and technique and Application with organic compound of individual leaching Mn and Ag from manganese-silver ore are studied. Leached Mn percentage of 96% along with Ag loss less than 2%, the residues from leaching process of Mn are employed for Ag extraction by cyanidation in NaCN 1kg?t residues and mixing time for 3h with leached Ag percentage of 94.15%. The Ag recovery more than 92.27% in two operational steps, leaching manganese and cyanidation can be obtained.
