摘要
为了实现工程项目的安全文明、质量优良 ,从建设单位在工程各阶段的工作职责入手 ,阐述了工程项目组织管理和加强质量控制的具体措施 ,经实践 ,工程项目优良率达 5 0 %以上。
In order to acquire safe and civilized engineering project with high-quality in this paper practical measures are elaborated in terms of construction organization and quality control. Practice shows the rate of high quality project is more than 50 %.
