摘要
创新是一个民族的灵魂和国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。创新的关键在人才,人才的培养在教育。各级各类学校,特别是高等学校在创新人才培养中肩负着重要的历史使命和责任。因此,在新形势下,必须进一步高度重视和充分认识创新及高等学校创新人才培养的重要性。
Innovation is the soul of a nation and the everlasting driving force for prosperity and growth of a country. The linchip of innovation is talents whose cultivation lies in how they are educated, and schools of all levels and kinds, especially institutions of higher learning, have on them the important historical mission of and responsibility for cultivating innovative talents. Therefore, in the present new situation, we must pay greater attention to and fully recognize the importance of innovation and attach greater importance to the cultivation of talents in institution of higher learning.
