摘要
本项研究针对食物供需的矛盾,全面系统地提出了食物结构调整、优化、配套的战略及相应措施,论述了从食物生产结构调整入手,引导居民适度消费,使食物生产结构、消费结构与营养结构三者配套协调并达到各自优化的途径与效益。在分析历史与现状的基础上,以五项指标为依据,划分了食物发展阶段,提出了符合中国国情的食物消费模式,重点表述了达到小康生活的食物消费与营养水平,并对2020年发展进行了预测与展望。根据食物发展战略和地区差异,论述了城市与农村以及不同区域食物发展的特点、趋势、目标与对策。阐述了食物发展的技术路线及宏观调控政策。在研究方法上,采取了“四个结合”,建立了食物数据库、决策支持系统与多种计算机模型,制定了主要食物营养成份计算表。为了抓住历史时机,实施食物发展战略与目标,项目组提出了重要决策建议。
This project systematically pnts forward the strategy and corresponding measures of adjustment, Optimization and seridization of food structure according to the development trends of the balance of supply and demand of food. Expounds that people are guided appropriate consumption in order to achieve coordination of production structure, consumption structure and nutrition stracture on the basis of adjustment of food production structure. This study devises history, present situation and future into several stages in accordance with 'five indexes', and puts forward the consumption model of food conforming to the situation in China. focuses narrates the level of Living-well-food consumption and nutrient Standard, meanwhile the predictions of food development in year 2020 has been made. According to the strategy of food development and defterence among regions, this report expresses the characteristics, tendency, targets and policies of town, country and various regions. On the othe hand, this report expounds the technical lines and macroeconomics Policies of food development. In research method, the project adopt ' four integration', sets up databank and Decision support system(DSS) for food development, makes use of several Computer-model, and formulates 'Table of composition of food nutrient'. At last, the project puts forward the major decision suggestions so as to realize the strategy and targets of food development.
