简述了天然气集输设施腐蚀的危害。结合工程实践,介绍了FBE复合覆盖层天然气管道外防腐施工方法及施工工艺,从防腐材料的选择、施工环境温度的控制、涂料的配制等方面对施工技术措施及质量控制要点进行了重点阐述。
This paper briefly expounds the harms of the corrosion of collecting and transporting equipment of natural gas, and connecting with engineering practice, introduces the construction methods and construction techniques of external anti-corrosion construction of natural gas in complex cover, and makes detailed description of construction's technical measures and quality control points from aspects of the selection of anti-corrosion materials, the control of construction environmental temperature, the preparation of the paintings, etc.
