摘要
政府在风险投资行业发展中的作用及对政府职能的定位,是学术界讨论已久的话题。当今的主流研究是在静态均衡思维范式基础上进行的,在一定程度上忽视了风险投资行业系统的动态演化性。然而,风险投资行业作为一复杂经济系统,必然依据非均衡动态范式演化发展。从系统演化的角度看,只有将政府职能纳入到系统范畴内,从生命周期的动态发展过程进行研究,才更科学、更全面。试图从这个角度研究政府的系统行为和动态行为,从而完善相关理论。
There have been heated discussions on what role the government should play in the evolvement of venture capital industry. Many viewpoints have so far been put forward,but the researches are mainly based on the theory of static equilibrium.Considering that venture capital system is a complex economic one,it is necessary for the researchers to carry out the study from a systematic and dynamic angle.Only in this way can the research be complete and scientific,and this paper is an attempt to study the relationship between venture capital and the role of government from such an angle.
