摘要
建构政府信息公开制度的重要意义。我国应当制定一部综合性的《政府信息公开法》 ,就信息公开的原则、公开的范围、公开的方式、公开的程序和时限、法律救济和监督。
The construction of the system on the openness of governmental information is of great importance to realixing citixen's democratic rights,preventing corruption,maintaining social stability and building the fair platrotm of international trade.The law on the openness of governmental information shuold be legislated in china,and it should specifically and definitely prescribe the followings:principles,scope,ways,procedure and timi limit of openness,legal liability and how to remedy and supervise.
