摘要
扩大招生后 ,高师音乐教育专业在生源质量、师资力量等方面面临诸多挑战。为此 ,试图通过招考策略、质量观念、资源调配、课程结构、教学模式等五个方面的探讨 ,来改善目前的境况并提高新形势下音乐教育专业的办学效率和教育质量。
This paper probes into some apparent problems in students' qualification and teachers' qualification, which are produced by enrollment expansion of music educational majors in normal universities, and gives some concrete tactics in terms of enrollment, qualification concept, resource transference, course structure and teaching modes. It aims to enhance the very efficiency of the major running in such new situation.
