摘要
从我国福建省土壤中分离到一株有拮抗性的稀有放线菌,其气生菌丝浅紫、粉白色,在孢子梗上大多数产生1～5个(2～4个多见),偶见6～7个孢子的短孢子链;其基内菌丝紫褐色。细胞壁化学组份Ⅲ型,并含少量甘氨酸,糖类型B,含马杜拉糖,磷酸类脂PI型。经鉴定为马杜拉菌属中的一个新种,命名为福建马杜拉放线菌(Actinomadura Fujianensis n.sp.Ruan 1990)。
An Actinomadura strain No. 80-115 was isoloted from a soil sample in Fujian. China.The strain produces spores from one to five (occasionally produces spores from six to seven)formed on the aerial mycelium. It is violet-brown colour on the vegetative mycelium. The chemical composition of cell wall, of whole sugar and the phospholipid belong to type Ⅲ, type B and patten Ⅰ respectively .All these characteristics are conformable to those of Actinomadura. This strain was different from other species of the genus based on the cultural characteristics and physiological properties. So strain No. 80-115 was considered to be a new species and named as Actinomadura Fujianensis n. sp. Ruan. 1990.
