相对固定的分组式排班法在病区护理管理中的运用 被引量:4

摘要 目的 通过对护理排班进行改革,合理利用现有人力资源,提高护理质量。方法 将病区护理工作分为临床组和办公室组,办公室组执行功能制护理,临床组实施以主管护士负责制的小组式整体护理,相对固定。结果 相对固定的分组式排班法实施后提高基础护理合格率、病人的健康教育认知率、功能锻炼指导率、病人对护理工作满意度,实施前后经χ~2检验,有显著性差异,P均<0.01;陪护率、院内感染发生率下降,实施前后分别经χ~2检验,有显著性差异,P<0.01或P<0.05。结论 相对固定的分组式排班法可节省人力资源,提高护理工作质量,深化整体护理质量。 Objective Through reforms of nursing shift arrangement, to utilize existing human resource effectively and improve nursing quality. Methods Ward nursing was divided into clinic group and office group. The office group performed functional nursing, while clinic group performed overall nursing with group style, remaining relatively fixed. Results After the relatively fixed grouping mode of shift arrangement in ward nursing management was performed, the certified rate of basic nursing, patients' cognition rate on health education, guidance rate of function exercise and patients' satisfaction rate were raised. Checked by x^2,there were significant differences (P<0.01), and company rate was significantly lower (P<0.01, or P<0.05). Conclusion Relatively fixed grouping mode of shift arrangement can save human resource, improve nursing quality, and deepen overall nursing quality.
