摘要
通过总结18例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者家庭氧疗存在的问题:2例患者来掌握正确的吸氧流量,13例患者每天吸氧<10h,18例患者均未掌握和执行消毒技术,3例患者未在医生指导下用药和定期门诊随访。认为加强健康教育,提供换氧服务,呼吁社会、家庭、子女的支持才能保证患者得到家庭长期氧疗,掌握正确的氧疗方法,提高氧疗效果。
The paper reported the problems existing in family oxygen therapy of 18 chronic obstructive pulmonary patients (COPD), including incorrect flow in taking in oxygen in 2 cases, less than 10 hours of oxygen in-take in 13 and no mastery and execution of disinfection methods in 18 and medication under no instruction from doctors and no periodical outpatient follow-up in 3. The countermeasures include enhancement of health education, providence of service for changing oxygen, appeals to society and family for supports to ensure their long-term family oxygen therapy and mastery of correct oxygen therapy to increase the effects.
