摘要
对55例脑卒中患者的ADL,Barthel指数各项目间的难易度及部分影响因素进行了分析和探讨。本组病人人院时平均Barthel指数得分59分。Barthel指数10项中,大便控制最容易,上下楼梯最难,且发病时间对其难易度顺序无明显影响。同时发现,利手侧瘫组比非利手侧瘫组的进食、穿衣和整洁修饰项的平均得分低,且穿衣项有统计学差异(P<0.05),有待进一步研究。
ADL and related factors in cerebral apoplexy patients/Zhang Yuan-yue, et al//Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Medicine, 1992,7(5):205～207 The ADL, Barthel index items and related factors in 55 cerebral apoplexy patients were analyzed in this paper. In this group of patients, the mean score of Barthel index was 59, bowel control was the easiest items to all patients. In turn, they were bladder control, feeding, grooming, chair bed transfer, dressing, toilet transfer, ambulation, bathing and stair climbing. The time from attack didn't affect the sequence and there was a strong correlation between the results and previous studies. It was also found that the group of handed side hemiplegic and a lower Barthel index score. There was a strong correlation between Brunnstrom stage and ADL score.
