摘要
目的观察鹿角方对充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)患者血浆心钠素的影响。方法将 60例CHF患者随机分为鹿角方组和地高辛组 ,观察NYHA心功能分级、血浆心钠素水平的改变。结果鹿角方组和地高辛组治疗后NYHA心功能分级明显改善 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ;血浆心钠素水平显著下降 (P <0 .0 0 1 )。结论鹿角方具有改善充血性心力衰竭患者心功能的作用 ,该作用可能与降低患者血浆心钠素水平有关。
Objective To investigate the effects of Antler Formula (ALF)on the plasma level of atrial natriuretic factor (ANF) among cases with congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods Sixty patients with CHF were randomly divided into two groups,with ALF used for those in treating group (TG) and digoxin for those in controlling group (CG). Before and after the treatment, grading and comparison of cardiac function were carred out among these cases based on the standard of New York Heart Association(NYHA),with an analysis on the association of cardiac function with the changes of ANF leval in plasmac.Results Among all the cases in both groups,the grage of cardiac function was significantly improred, accompanied with significant derease of ANF leval in plasma (P<0.01).Conclusions ALF is effective for the improvement of cardiac function and this effect may be brought about via decreasing the plasma level of ANF.
