摘要
电导式水分仪是一种常用的水分测量仪表 ,其在线应用的精度受到许多因素的限制。本文采用快速失重式水分测量装置作为水分标定装置 ,对电导式水分仪进行在线标定。采用最小二乘法和分段拟合法对在线测量数据和标定数据进行拟合 ,使电导式水分仪成功地应用于粉粒物料水分的在线测量 。
The conductivity moisture meter is a common instrument used for moisture measurement, but its accuracy for on-line measurement is limited by many factors. This paper describes a rapid weight-loss method for the on-line calibration of conductivity moisture meter. The measured data and the calibration data are fitted by segmented fitting and least square method. Using this calibration method, the moisture of granular materials was measured on-line successfully.
