摘要 采用动电位极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱等方法研究了AZ31镁合金在3 5%NaCl溶液中的电化学腐蚀行为.结果表明,挤压加工成形的AZ31镁合金,由于合金内部组织沿水平方向发生了一定的层移,位错和缺陷增多,致使侧面和截面的耐腐蚀性能比表面稍差.阻抗测试结果显示,随着浸泡时间的延长,腐蚀产物在合金表面沉积,对基体金属具有一定的保护作用. Potentiodynamic polarization and impedance measurements are used to examine the corrosion aspects of AZ31 magnesium alloys in 3.5% NaCl solution.These experiments show that due to more dislocations and defects caused by the horizontal slipping of microstructure of extruded AZ31 magnesium alloys,the corrosion resistance of the side and section surface of extruded alloys is more or less inferior to that of the horizontal surface.According to the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy results,the corrosion products plating on alloys surface are partly protective to the parent metal with immersion time.
