摘要
分析了在斜面上冲孔时凸、凹模的受力情况,介绍了斜面冲孔工艺及斜面冲孔模结构设计要点,提出了几种冲孔凸模形状和模具结构形式以及改进的措施。
The stress on the punch and matrix while piercing holes on oblique surfaces is analyzed. Main points for designing the technological process and the die for piercing holes on oblique surfaces are introduced. Several piercing punch shapes and die structure forms and improvement measures are put forward.
