介绍了一种锂电池不锈钢外壳的生产工艺,并设计了1副模具完成它的成形工序。该模具结构简单,生产效率高,只需更换模具中少数零件即可制造出尺寸不同的各种电池外壳。
The process for manufacturing a kind of stainless-steel shell of the mobile phone Li battery is introduced. A die has been designed to form this shell. This die has simple structure and high production efficiency, and is easy to be adjusted to manufacture shells of different sizes.
