摘要
采用环氧丙烷聚醚与四氢呋喃聚醚共混,研制出共混聚醚型聚氨酯弹性体.研究了反应温度、不同结构聚醚对反应程度的影响和熟化时间对聚氨酯溶液粘度的影响以及不同共混比对聚氨酯物理 机械性能的影响.结果表明,环氧乙烷封端的环氧丙烷聚醚的反应活性与四氢呋喃聚醚相近.
A blending polyether type polyurethane elastomer was prepared by blending polyoxypropylene ether glycol with polyterahydrofuran ether glycol. The effects of reacting temperatures and the structure of polyether on the degree of reaction, ripening time on the viscosity of polyurethane solution and the blending ratio of the two kinds of polyesters on the physical-mechanical properties of polyurethane were investigated. The results show the reactivity of the polyoxypropylene ether endcapped with oxirane to be close to that of polyterahydrofuran ether glycol.
