摘要
制造执行系统(MES)作为一种集成企业资源计划与车间控制系统的新管理思想,在制造业信息化工程建设中日益受到重视。在对MES的定义、功能、作用进行评述的基础上,系统地论述了开发MES系统所涉及的关键技术:基于组件的MES基础架构;基于组件MES的开发方法、开发过程;多代理技术在MES中的应用。为开发基于组件的可重构系统打下了基础。
As a new management concept of integration of ERP with workshop control system, the manufacturing execution system (MES)is attracting more and more attention in the informatization project of manufacturing industry.Based on the description of the definition, function and role of MES, the paper puts forward the key technologies in the development of MES, the basic architecture of MES based on the components, the developing methods and processes of MES based on the components and the application of multi-agent in MES, thus providing the foundation for the reconfiguration of MES based on the components.
