摘要
学习型社会是学习者终身学习、自主学习的社会。在学习型社会中,教师将成为个性化学习的设计者;学习者学习动机的激发者和助推者;学习者人格完善的协助者;多媒体课件的制作者;学习者创新精神的培育者和学习型社会教学规律的探索者。为迎接学习型社会到来,必须加强教师的自身建设。
Learning-type society is a society in which learners enjoy life-time education and study independently, and therefore teachers become the designers of individual-character-learning, the stirrers of learners' studying motive, the supporters in perfecting the learners' characters, the makers of multimedia teaching materials, the trainers of learners' spirit of innovation and the explorers of searching for teaching patterns in the learning-type society. To face this society, the teachers should make themselves perfect in all respects by self-training.
