摘要
扶持和发展中小企业 ,已在我国形成广泛共识。在国有企业改革和农村剩余劳动力转移的时期 ,中小企业以其投资少、吸收劳动力多、经营灵活等优势在我国经济和社会发展中发挥了巨大作用。文章认为 ,我们应该为中小企业提供良好的经营环境 ,促进中小企业持续健康快速地发展。
In China, wide consensus has been formed that we should support and develop medium and small enterprises. In the period of reforming state-owned business and moving surplus labor from the country, medium and small enterprises have made great contribution to national economic and social development. Compared with larger enterprises, the medium and small enterprises have greater advantages, such as small investment, flexible management and abundant employment opportunities. Therefore, favorable environment should be provided for the medium and small enterprises for fast and healthy development.
