摘要
欠发达地区旅游发展中社区参与意识薄弱的根源在于受传统思想观念的影响以及精神贫困。旅游管理部门、旅游专家和社区居民的观念中都存在一些不利于社区参与的观念。要提高社区参与意识 ,需要提高社区居民、政府部门官员和旅游专家的参与意识 ,以便更好地实施社区参与战略。
An analysis is made of the root causes for the lack of community participation awareness in underdeveloped areas. Put forward in the paper also are measures to improve community participation awareness.
