摘要
通过文献资料、问卷调查、比较分析等研究方法,从休闲文化视角,对大学生余暇体育行为进行了调查研究。结果显示,随着经济的快速发展,休闲已经作为现代生活的主要方式之一,植根于大学生的生活理念之中,休闲活动的展开与人类文化的交融又生成了新的文化层面,休闲文化成为21世纪高效的社会生活和优质的个人生活的重要标志。目前,指导大学生休闲体育活动还没有达到一定的意识层次,从大学生闲暇活动内容、体育消费与行为的差异以及休闲运动项目的选择上分析了大学生闲暇体育锻炼发展的因素,针对研究结果提出了相应对策与建议。
By using the method of documents,interview,questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics,the author analyzes the sports leisure action for college students in angle of view from leisure culture.The result shows that the increasingly high development of economy has brought about new fashion with modern living.
