摘要
我国自发展证券市场一开始,就非常重视信息披露制度的建设,但是目前上市公司的信息披露仍然存在许多问题。 本文试从我国现行《证券法》中信息披露制度的现状、存在的问题及完善等方面进行探讨。
From the beginning of the development of the securities market, much importance has been attached to the building of information disclosure system. But there are still some problems in the information disclosure of listed companies. This paper tries to probe into the actual state, the existing problems and perfecting information disclosure system in the standing 'Securities Aet' in our country.
