摘要
江泽民同志根据国内和国际经济、政治、文化、生态、军事等情况的变化,不仅提出了经济安全、政治安全、文化安全、生态安全等新理念,丰富和深化了军事安全的原有内容,而且对如何实现上述安全提出了一整套具有前瞻性和可操作性的全新战略构想。
According to the change of domestic and international economy,politics,culture,ecology and military affairs etc,comrade Jiang Zeming,not only puts forward the new concepts on the economic safety,political safety,cultural safety,ecosystem safety etc.which enrich and deepen intrinsic content of military safety,but also puts forward the strategic speculation on how to actualize the above safety,which is farseeing and exercisable.
