摘要
在当前的新形势下,高校党建工作面临着新机遇和新挑战,这就要求我们应有针对性地加强和改进高校党建工作。其主要思路和对策是:加强高校党委和基层组织建设,增强各级党组织的凝聚力、号召力和战斗力;精心打造、锤炼和培养一支高素质、高水平、能起表率作用的党务和德育教师队伍;突出思想教育,促进学生渴望成才和要求入党的有机统一;在党委统一领导下,构建全员、全课程德育体系;搭建开放性教育平台,整体发挥学校、家庭和社会的育人功能等。
Under the current new situation,the work of higher learning institution Party construction faces new opportunity and challenge,It needs us to enhance and improve the Party construction work.Its main way of thinking and countermeasure is that enhancing the basic Party work and strengthening the coherence,and fighting effectiveness of Party organization at all levels;create carefully the teacher staff with high qualities and high levels;emphasiz moral education,encourage the students to become useful persons,as well as request them to join the Party;Under the unified leadership of CCP,set up the system of moral education at all levels and in all courses;set up education terraces with opening policy,develop the function of schools,families and society etc.
