摘要
人才资源开发是“教育经济”领域中一个重要的课题，不仅如此，从实践的角度看，它直接影响着知识经济的质量，能否最大限度地充分开发利用好当前我国的人力资源直接影响科教兴国战略计划的实施。要做到这一点，必须充分认识到高等教育在人力资源的开发利用过程所发挥的重要作用。试图从四个方面探讨人力资源开发的重要性。世界高等教育，我国高等教育的发展状况以及它们对开发人力资源的影响，强调如何应对人力资源对高等教育发展带来的挑战。
The exploitation of human sources is a key topic in the field of education economy. From the view of practice, it will directly affect the quality of knowledgeable economy. Whether we can fully exploit and use our human sources will straightly determine the application of the strategy to flourish our country by science and education. This paper is to explain the relationship between education and human sources. It will in detail, discuss the significance of exploitation of human sources from the following four aspects: the respective development conditions of the advanced education in the world and in China, their effect on the exploitation of human sources, and finally it will emphasize on how to deal with the challenge of human sources on advanced education.
