摘要
分析了工程量清单计价法的优势及实施的必要性。从建筑施工企业、造价从业人员和评标方法三个方面指出目前工程量清单计价还存在的主要问题及相应的应采取的措施。
The article analyzed the advantages of pricing through quantity bill and the necessity to be carried out. From the aspects of construction enterprise, the people drawing up cost of projectsand the measurement standards the article put forward weak points of popularizing quantity bill and measurement should be taken at present.
