摘要
开发的学校动态网站即时新闻发布系统是建立在学校网络基础上，能提供一个新闻发布、浏览的平台，可以在线发布新闻、动态生成新闻网页，具有新闻搜索、查找功能、多媒体呈现方式、交互性和开放性等优点，是一个较完整的、可扩展的即时新闻发布系统。
The system of instant news publish in dynamic web site of school which we developed is bases on the school network, adopting IIS of windows 2000 sever as web sever and Ftp sever, MySQL as database, PHP as program language of sever. It provides a platform of publishing and glancing over news and can publishes news online, dynamic generates news front page; It has functions of searching and finding news and has the advantages of multimedia display, interaction and opening .It is an intact system of instant news publish with expanding future.
