摘要
对鄂南 5县 (市 )毛竹林 33样点的叶片养分浓度进行了分析。调查样点叶片养分浓度差异较大 ,反映在毛竹林各元素养分变异系数普遍较大 ,特别是低产竹林。分析结果表明 :鄂南毛竹叶片氮素浓度平均为 2 4 .3g·kg-1,叶片全磷浓度平均为 1.34g·kg-1,叶片全钾浓度平均为 5 .4 4 g·kg-1,全钙浓度平均为 4 .0 8g·kg-1,全镁浓度平均为 1.4 1g·kg-1,全硫浓度平均为 112 .2mg·kg-1。微量元素铁浓度平均为 14 4 .3mg·kg-1,锰浓度平均为 2 6 9.5mg·kg-1,铜浓度平均为 4 .2 3mg·kg-1,锌浓度平均为 2 7.1mg·kg-1,硼浓度平均为 5 .6mg·kg-1,钼浓度平均为 9.6mg·kg-1。除锰、铜和锌外 ,其他各大、中微量元素在供试毛竹叶中的浓度都有随竹林产量的提高而升高的趋势。各营养元素之间的比例与平衡对毛竹产量有影响。根据高产竹园各养分的平均值和标准差 ,提出了毛竹叶片养分分级标准及营养诊断临界指标 :N 2 5 .0 g·kg-1,P 1.30 g·kg-1,K 6 .0 0 g·kg-1,Ca 5 .0 0 g·kg-1,Mg 1.4 0g·kg-1,S 12 0 .0mg·kg-1,Fe 15 0 .0mg·kg-1,Mn 2 0 0 .0mg·kg-1,Cu 4 .0 0mg·kg-1,Zn 2 5 .0mg·kg-1,B 5 .0 0mg·kg-1,Mo 10 .0mg·kg-1。
The nutrition status of bamboo leaves from 33 samples taken from 5 counties in the south of Hubei Province was analyzed. The result indicates that there is significant difference in nutrient concentration for leaves, which is incarnated by large coefficient of variation, especially by low yield bamboo fields. Analysis result showed that the average concentrations of leaves nitrogen , phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium and sulfur were 24.3, 1.34, 5.44, 4.08, 1.41 g·kg -1 and 112.2 mg·kg -1, respectively. For micronutrient concentrations of bamboo leaves, the average concentrations of iron, manganese, copper, zinc, boron and molybdenum was 144.3, 269.5, 4.23, 27.1, 5.6 and 9.6 mg·kg -1, respectively. Except Mn, Cu and Zn, other macro- secondary and micro- nutrient concentrations in the leaves tend to increase when bamboo yield is higher. The proportion and balance of nutrient elements will influence bamboo yield. Based on the average concentrations of high yield bamboo leaves nutrition and its criterion differences, the classification of the bamboo leaves nutrition was put forward , and the critical guideline for nutrition diagnosis is as follows: N , P, K, Ca and Mg are 25.0, 1.30, 6.00, 5.00 and 1.40 g·kg -1 , respectively; S, Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, B and Mo are 120.0, 150.0, 200.0, 4.00, 25.0, 5.00 and 10.0 mg·kg -1, respectively.
