摘要
对武钢 5号高炉炉役后期在强化冶炼与高炉长寿方面所做的工作进行了总结分析。通过采取精料、优化装料制度、提高煤比、调整风口布局以及合理维护等操作技术措施 ,5号高炉炉役后期实现了强化冶炼生产 ,延长了高炉寿命。
Some practical works done on such aspects as improving qualities of charged burden, optimizing burden distribu tion , increasing the ratio of pulverized coal injection (PCI), adjusting the layout of tuyeres and reasonably maintaining BF etc. had been analyzed in detail. Enhancing productivity and prolonging BF life-span had been achieved successfully.
