摘要
通过对国内不同单位拉伸试验测量不确定度的研究结果和GB/T228-2002附录J的对比分析评价,建议国内其它单位,如果在试验条件相同的情况下,Rel、Rm的不确定度可直接按1.4%-1.5%或2^(1/2)%的相对不确定度进行计算;A的不确定度可直接取O.8%-1.0%;Rp的不确定度,铁素体钢可按2.0%-2.2%的相对不确定度进行计算。
By comparison with the results of measurement uncertainty of tensile test among different domestic units and the results of GB/T228-2002 or ISO 6892:1998, it is suggested that the achievement of Urel(Rm、ReL) = 1.4% - 1.5%, U(A)=0.8%-1.0%,Urel(Rp) = 2.0% - 2.2% (k = 2) can be adopted to compute measurement uncertainty of tensile test in other units, if the testing condition is similar with each other.
