介绍了测量硬度不确定度的原理,并以金属材料洛氏硬度试验结果的不确定度的评定作为不确定度在理化检验中应用的一个实例。
Here we introduced the principle of measurement hardness uncertainty. Moreover, the uncertainty measurement of Rockwell hardness testing results for materials was evaluated in detail, which was provided as a typical illustration in the scope of physical testing and chemical analysis.
