棘突板在胸段椎管后路椎板切开术后椎板成形术中的应用

摘要 目的　观察采用棘突板在胸段椎管后路椎板切开术后行椎板成形术的效果。方法　 10例患者进行胸椎后路椎板切开术及棘突板椎板成形术 ,对结果进行临床评定。结果　平均随访 4～ 6个月 ,临床症状得到改善 ,未发现与椎板成形相关的并发症。术后无硬膜外瘢痕形成所致的神经功能下降。结论　棘突板椎板成形术在胸椎后路椎板切开术及椎板成形术中具有操作方便 ,无抗原性及排斥性等特点 ,具有良好的应用前景。
