摘要
完整的跳远技术是由助跑、起跳、腾空、落地四个动作过程连续组合而成的.在这四个环节中,无论哪个环节出现问题都会影响跳远的运动成绩.本文重点研究我国、我省的一些跳远运动员和国外优秀跳远运动员在跳远过程中,踏板准确性对成功率的影响.
The completeness of long jump skills involves in four key links such as approach, take-off rising high in the air and landing which are performed in sequence, It will affect the skills performed and the scores of the athelete in whichever of the four links when problems occur. This article puts emphasis on the problems of the footboards accuracy of long jump athlets in China, our province and even some outstanding athlets abroad.
