摘要
通过水对玻璃浸蚀机理的推导,提出了玻璃表面的电势在水对玻璃浸蚀过程中起着重要作用的理论假设。根据以上假设,通过用含有高价阳离子的溶液处理玻璃表面,提高表面电势能在表面形成正电势垒,部分屏蔽了水中 H^+离子与玻璃中碱离子的相互扩散,提高了玻璃表面的抗水性。
A theoretical hypothesis that electric potential on glass surface plays an impor- tant role during the process of water etching is proposed,which is derived from the glass-etching mechanism Based on this hypothesis,a solution containing high valence cations is used to treat the surface of glass.This method improves electric potential on the treated surface,forming a positive electric potential barrier which prevents diffusion of H^+in water and Na^+in glass.Therefore.water resistance of glass is improved.
