摘要
本文应用SEM/EDS、XRD、DTA、OM结合化学分析研究了含煤生料的熟料形成过程;探讨了水泥生料中粉磨煤对于碳酸盐分解和熟料矿物形成的促进作用,并结合动力学试验的结果,提出了黑生料的烧成机理。
The formation process of clinker from raw meal with coal powder was investi- gated by SEM/EDS, XRD, DTA, OM and chemical analysis. The improving effect of coal powder in raw materials on the decomposition of carbonate and the formation of clinker min- erals was discussed. Combiner with the results of dynamictests. the calcination mechanism of black raw materials was proposed.
