Effects of Sintering Temperature on the Far Infrared Radiation Properties of Cordierite Ceramics

摘要 本文研究了烧结温度对堇青石系远红外陶瓷材料表面组成,结构和红外辐射性能的影响,提出温度是产生表面元素偏析现象的主要因素,并指出烧结温度影响红外辐射率的原因是试样表面相组成和结构发生了变化。 Effects of sintering temperature on surface composition, structure and far-infrared radiation propertias of cordierite ceramics were investigated. Lt is concluded that sintering temperature is one of the main factors for gathering transion elements on sample sur- faces. It is pointed out that the reason for the change of far-infrared emissivity is the variation of phase composition and structure on sample surfaces.
