摘要
本文用TEM/EDS和SEM/EDS分析了涂膜玻璃涂层的化学成分、微观结构、成分和厚度的均匀性,探讨了定量分析准确度的影响因素,建立起适用的测试方法和SEM/EDS定量分析的经验修正方法。
Chemical composition, microstructure and homogeneity of the composition and thickness homogeneity of the coating of coated glass were analysed by using TEM/EDS and SEM/EDS, Influencing factors on the accuracy of quantitative analysis were studied, and appropriate test methods and empiricacal modified method for the SEM/EDS quantitative analysis were established also.
